What we did
- Split the venues by how they perform, so the strongest locations run without discounts and newer ones get a launch offer.
- Wrote ads that name the town. On one test, naming the town made each booking about 3x cheaper, £33.29 against £107 on the same creative.
- Put new creative into the account every 72 hours, cut what lost and made variations of what won.
- Tracked bookings from ad click to payment, so Meta learned from people who actually paid.
